We buy the best end of the line, discontinued and surplus stock. Tile factories make more than they sell: excess runs, discontinued lines, end-of-line stock. All first grade, all current season. We buy it by the pallet at warehouse prices, and you get the discount instead of paying for a showroom.

The clock isn't a gimmick. Twice a day the price flips: 50% off or more for 12 hours, RRP for the other 12 hours. No stepping down, no gradual cuts, it's on or it's off and the counter tells you which. Same price for everyone, everywhere in Australia, at any moment. There's no deeper cut coming, so waiting only costs you the opportunity to grab a great deal, because when it's gone, it's gone.

Sold out usually means gone. We buy ends of runs, so a line that sells out is rarely restocked and almost never in the same batch. That’s not marketing pressure, it’s just what clearance means. New lines land weekly.

Odd Lots are the deepest cuts. When a line is down to its last remainder, one buyer takes the whole lot at the biggest discount on the site. No splitting.

Why trust it. First-grade guarantee on everything, no seconds, ever. GST invoices on every order. Freight quoted before you pay, never after. Factory photos untouched: no filters, no colour correction, because the photo has to match the tile in the box.

No samples, and here's why. Samples take weeks and our stock doesn't wait. Instead: honest photos, full specs, and the disclaimer we put everywhere: colours shown are as supplied by the manufacturer and can vary between screens.
