- First grade, always. On trend, first-quality stock, without the middle-man. We don't sell seconds, factory rejects or graded-down stock.
- 10 year tile warranty. Every first-quality tile we sell is covered against manufacturing defects for 10 years, when fixed in accordance with the fixative manufacturer's instructions and/or AS 3958.1. Check your tiles before you lay them: laying a tile accepts it. Read the warranty
- The same price for everyone. Nothing on the site is under half off its RRP for 12 hours a day, and most lines are a good deal deeper. No need for trade discounts, no haggling, no better deal for whoever asks loudest.
- The price you see is the price you pay. Card fees are already in it. Your price locks in the moment the order is placed, even if the price increases while you're checking out.
What we don't price match
We don't match delivery charges, other clearance or run-out specials, or anything sold as second grade. Our prices already sit below trade, and matching a competitor's end-of-line against our end-of-line is a race with no finish. If you've found the same first-grade tile cheaper, tell us and we'll take a look, but we won't promise a match we can't honour.
